NES on PSX

Super Tetris plays nicely in the imbNES emulator...no known problems, save sound/volume seizures...which I think was present in the original game.

Super Mario Bros 3 has some fun graphics issues.  Every now and then the status bar (the green thingy on the bottom of the screen) will glitch to hell.  Good thing is that rarely do I ever have to look at it, so when it messes up it's more funny than anything.

--------------

In Comp. news: I started playing through FFIII on my memory stick...and not the SNES US FFIII, but the original FFIII, unreleased anywhere but Japan a million years ago.  GOt like 6 miinutes into it, so didn't experience anything major, but looks promising!!

And that, Ladies and Gents, is a mac

OK...so after battling with the office's internet explorer for a good 15 minutes....I have, once again, rembered why I switched to a Mac. None of this frozen taskbar crap....I can't deal with it. BootCamp will be fulscreen games, and no freaking start bar....i'll kill someone. Probably my roommate, as he will be the closest...But yah...I hate windows...lalalalaaaaa.....

For Later

Mmmmm....rougue Ragnarok servers....I used to be addicted to them......

Hotel Update

So the wireless cut out.....probably the storm....so now I'm plugged in...and still no seeds for FF:SW...

Profile update

Got that picture working on the profile...free hosting provided by Imageshack....

(yes..that was a shameless plug...and no...I'm not getting paid for that...)

Macbook upgrade

Well, all...it's 98% official - I'm trading in for a black Macbook.  Basically, out of the box, with minimun stats, it's better than this computer.  I'm going to upgrade from the 512 built-in ram to 1 gig, which will hike up the cost just a stitch, but not very much.  So basically, I'm going from 1.67 ghz to 2.0 ghz, am getting the intel processor, on which the school will install windows for free (so I can play tokimemo2, neverwinter everything, ragnarok, and like...a bunch of other gaming things...more later on windows things that I actually like (the list is slim, darlings)).

The deal is, the trade-in value of my powerbook is going to seriously decline, so I might as well trade-in now, while it's cheap.  More later on macbooks, but please check out this link:

Very witty an appropriate.  Love it.  Am looking forward to boot camp.

Hotel Update

Got the ps2 hooked up to the hotel TV.  Have yet to try it, but the front of the TV has a yellow/white connection (should have brought my splitter...poo), and should produce makeshift ps2 just fine while we're here.

Fun picture

This is meant to go in my profile, but I had to upload it here first.

Plug: Thanks to http://www.sp-studio.de/ , the Southpark Studio for making this and all sorts of other's dreams possible.

Take me to your leader
